• Technical Error: If a technical issue on our platform leads to a customer losing money, they may request a refund for the amount lost.
• Canceled Event: If a sporting event is canceled, customers may be eligible for a refund, depending on the specific circumstances.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team and provide the following details:

• Their account number
• The reason for the refund

5. Decision
Our customer support team will review the refund request and make a decision within 10 business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 business days.

6. Limitations
